I’m Wynna Ní Riabhaigh, I work in the Research and Insight team for the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.

As part of my role, I undertake research on a wide variety of topics including sustainability, the FM market and EDI. I also support the production of guidance and reports covering a variety of topics which aim to support WFMs throughout their careers.

Within IWFM, I am also a Workplace Equality Champion and have supported the organisation on a number of EDI-related work. Above all, I am passionate about making WFM a better, more equitable place to work for all those who need it.
