I’m Rebecca, I’m a Facilities and Workplace Manager with over 20 years of experience across property management, student accommodation, and the oil and gas sector. I’m particularly passionate about workplace design and technology, with a focus on creating environments that support both wellbeing and performance.

I identify as lesbian and actively champion equality, diversity and inclusion within my workplace. I care deeply about inclusive practices and creating spaces where people feel supported and able to thrive. I’m excited to be part of the LGBT+ in FM community and to connect with peers across the industry, sharing experiences and learning from one another.
