I’m Louise, I bring over 15 years of recruitment experience within the Property and Facilities Management sector, specialising in mid to senior-level roles across both UK-based and global positions. I’ve worked with FM providers and clientside organisations, which has given me a well-rounded perspective on the industry’s evolving talent landscape.

I currently work as a Resourcing Partner at Eutopia Search, where I combine my recruitment expertise with a strong commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion. Over the past four years, I’ve actively contributed to advancing EDI within the industry, including through my involvement as a member of the LGBT+ in FM and IWFM North committees. In these roles, I collaborate with peers to promote inclusive practices and advocate for underrepresented communities.

I’ve also produced a podcast series focused on key EDI topics, creating space for conversations that explore industry challenges, share best practice, and inspire meaningful change. My work continues to focus on making a positive impact across both talent acquisition and inclusion within the Property and FM sectors.
