Rowena Wilding
Hi, I’m Rowena, and I run a marketing consultancy based in the Midlands. I joined the LGBT+ in FM Committee when I was Head of Marketing at Boden Group, an FM recruitment company. I now work with clients in the FM space and beyond, and one of my specialisms is helping clients to bring more diversity and more inclusive practices to their companies, and then helping them to communicate that to their audience.
Being part of the committee is an immense privilege for me, not only because I get to be part of making the FM space a more inclusive and accepting space, but because it has given me the opportunity to be part of a community that respects, nurtures and cares for me and my identity.
