Nia Bezuidenhout

I’m Nia Bezuidenhout (nee Jordan). I am Workplace Transformation Manager at GSK Stevenage within Sodexo UK & Ireland. For 6 years, I was the founding Co-Chair of Sodexo’s LGBT+ employee network Pride UK & Ireland.

In 2016 Sharon Slinger, who at the time worked for Carillion, reached out to me and together with ISS, we formed LGBT+ in FM. Despite being direct competitors within the FM sector, I am hugely proud of our committee’s continued collaboration, effort and focus to make the FM industry more inclusive.
