Hello, I’m Gemma Williams. I’ve been on the committee since 2019 with my previous company where involvement with LGBT+ in FM played an important role in our D&I activities.

I now represent Bellrock Group and I know that our involvement in this hugely collaborative network will help us to accelerate our inclusivity journey for LGBT+ people across Bellrock, including its sister brands.

All the members of the LGBT+ collective are united by a passion to champion LGBT+ equality in our industry and working together amplifies our impact. Individual members are crucial to our success and we always welcome new members, so please join up and help us make a difference.
