Regiane Taylor
I’m Regi, I’m the Project Management and Facilities Strategy Lead for Steven Bartlett, and sit on the committee of LGBT+ in FM.
With over 20 years of experience in the Facilities Management industry, I have built a reputation for leadership, influence, and innovation. My expertise extends beyond the organisations I’ve worked for — I am a Non-Executive Director for the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM), where I play an active role in shaping industry standards and advocating for best practices. I am an advocate for the Latin American and Afro Brazilian community, and deeply committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), working to create a more inclusive industry for future generations.
My career is defined by a relentless drive to enhance operational efficiency, deliver strategic real estate solutions, and contribute to the broader FM community. Whether optimising portfolio performance, spearheading transformative projects, or influencing industry-wide initiatives, I bring a visionary approach that makes a lasting impact.
My mission is to inspire the next generation of FM professionals. I want to break down barriers and show that FM is not just a job — it is a career with limitless potential. Through mentoring, I aim to support those who, like me, start at the frontline and aspire to leadership. I will continue to champion DEI initiatives, influence policy at IWFM, and advocate for structured career pathways that allow individuals from all backgrounds to grow, develop, and succeed.
