I’m Colin Kimber, I have been a leader in the Facilities Management Industry for 15 years and have worked for both large and small organisations in customer environments ranging from Global Corporate Headquarters to the Public Sector, Museums to Tech Giants. 

I have a strong commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, particularly in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.

I work as Culture & Engagement Director at Pareto FM, where I’ve played a key role in driving excellence, shaping strategic direction, and supporting the organisation’s growth. This work has helped cement Pareto’s position as an industry leader and disrupter in the areas of ESG and social impact.

Alongside my operational role, I created and championed the Inclusion, HSEQ and Sustainability Committees, helping to embed a more inclusive and responsible approach across the business.

I also serve as Co-Chair of the LGBT+ in FM Network and sit on the EDI Steering Group for IWFM. My work has been recognised through several industry awards, including Inspirational Role Model at the Rainbow Honours 2024, being named on the Pride Power List 2024, Diversity Champion at the European Diversity Awards, The Outstanding Contribution Award 2024 from Workplace Leaders, and as a finalist at the British Diversity Awards 2025.
