Zero Discrimination day: Inclusive Recruitment Roundtable

To mark zero discrimination day, two of our corporate members, Pareto FM and Boden Group, came together to discuss how to eliminate discrimination though hiring practices and make the hiring process more inclusive.

They talked about the importance of writing inclusive job ads, how to remove bias from the shortlisting process, the help external recruiters can offer, the impact of company culture on diversity, barriers to internal promotions and empathetic interviewing.
