Menopause Roundtable

For World Menopause Awareness Day, we teamed up with Boden Group (Facilities Management Recruitment) to hear from people working within the FM sector about their experience of menopause in the workplace, the kind of support being offered to employees, and the particular impact of and support needed for menopause on the LGBTQ+ community.
